Hello! My name is Fiona Jimenez CEO of New Approach a Child and Youth Behavioural Consulting Service available to schools, families and agencies.

It is very discouraging when you feel you have done all you can to support a young person whose behaviour is deemed very difficult. A fresh pair of eyes on the situation is always helpful and in some cases a game changer. New Approach would love to be that missing piece needed to get things back on track.
